Strawberry Rice Krispie Bars

I love baking treats for my co-workers. I found out one of my co-workers is allergic to eggs and one of the few sweet treats she can enjoy is Rice Krispie Bars. For Valentine's Day that became my mission. To be festive, I thought pink was in order and the strawberry flavor would be delightful. My co-workers loved them. Everybody wanted the recipe. Such a simple, fun, yummy twist on a classic!

1 bag + 10 strawberry marshmallows
5 Tbsp butter
6 cups Strawberry Rice Krispies

Melt butter and marshmallows over low heat stirring constantly. Once melted add Rice Krispies. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Enjoy!
